At Ingleside Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and original-condition pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
