How should I care for my Ingleside Jewellery pieces?
To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original Ingleside pouch provided to prevent tarnishing and scratches.
What materials do you use in your collections?
We use high-quality materials including 18k gold vermeil, sterling silver, and ethically sourced gemstones. Each product page contains a detailed breakdown of the specific materials used for that design.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take between 7-14 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every Ingleside Jewellery purchase comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
Can I request a custom size or design?
